  • Bookkeeping.
    QuickBooks (desktop or online), Quicken or manual bookkeeping systems. I am certified for QuickBooks Online (QBO).
    I am a member of the QuickBooks ProAdvisor program and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Current clients include sole proprietorships, Corporations, Nonprofits and LLC businesses.

  • Organizational and Administrative services

  • I implement efficient systems to improve the information flow in a business, match work style to system structures, make sure everything is on track as well as provide tips on how to stay organized or become better organized.
    I built my expertise over the years through founding and operating businesses of my own, through working with clients optimizing their efficiency and organization, and through networking, ongoing education and keeping up with the industry.

  • Travel and Event planning.

    I have 15+ years experience in the travel and hospitality industry (founded and operated a high end speciality travel business for exclusive clientele; assisted in the banquet department of the international Moevenpick Hotel; worked as an event coordinator for an international facilitator of Business Constellation Workshops). These successful business years helped me develop and accomplish excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.

  • Social media presence.
  • Online shopping, internet research, emails, and telephone handling, providing you with detailed reports.
  • German/English translations (native speaker).
